These streams are accepted clean and separated. A load that arrives mixed with general waste is a general waste load and is priced as one — the fee schedule sets out both.

• Sandstone

  Clean sandstone, blocks or crushed, accepted for use in rehabilitation of the landform.

• Concrete

  Clean concrete, free of reinforcement beyond ordinary bar, and free of any other waste stream.

• Excavated natural material

  Material may be accepted as VENM, as ENM under the current resource recovery order and exemption, or as general solid waste (non-putrescible) under the EPA Waste Classification Guidelines — each load is classified on its own documentation. Loads are arranged through the gatehouse before arrival — rates and any approval requirements are on the fee schedule.

Recovered product is sold direct from site to the civil and landscaping trade, priced per tonne on the list below.
