Fees & What We Accept

Everything weighed, everything straight.

Rates are charged by weight over the weighbridge, with a flat rate on light general, green, timber and construction & demolition loads, a minimum on every other weighed load and a few items priced per item or on application. Below is the full schedule, and where every material stands today.

Contaminated soil is not currently accepted. Acceptance of asbestos-contaminated and classified contaminated soils is temporarily suspended. Ring the gatehouse before arranging any soil load — do not load on the strength of an earlier booking.

VENM and Excavated Natural Material (ENM) are priced on application and need a material report and written approval before tipping. They cannot be tipped on arrival. Ring the gatehouse to start that off.

What we can’t take

These materials are never accepted, in any quantity. Asbestos and fibro sheeting cannot be tipped here at all — this is separate from the suspended soil line above, and no booking makes it possible.

Security burial must be booked at least 24 hours ahead. Ring the gatehouse to arrange a time in one of the booking windows.

Schedule effective 1 July 2026. Rates include GST. Per-tonne rates include the NSW waste levy of $180.20 per tonne. General solid waste, green waste, timber and construction & demolition are a flat $60 up to 100 kg, then $440 per tonne with a $100 minimum — a floor, not an add-on. Every other material is priced on its own line — check the rate beside it.

A $250 reload fee applies to any load found to be contaminated.

A 500 kg load of general solid waste is 0.5 t at $440 per tonne — $220. Not $100 plus $220 ($320): once the load is worth more than the minimum, the minimum stops applying.

Prices are subject to CPI, changes to the s88 waste levy, and our obligations under the Protection of the Environment Operations Act.
